الطريقه الاولى والعقيمه : عند فتح صفحه الهوت ميل الرئيسه

http://www.hotmail.com اكتب اسم المستخدم ثم اضغط على

forgot your password ثم راح تفتحلك صفحه اكتب فيها بريدك ثم

الدوله ..الخ ((اللي كنت مسجلها اول مااشتركت عندهم ))

واضفط على continue ثم راح تفتحلك صفحه ثانيه

ويعطيك السؤال اللي انت كتبته من قبل عشان اذا انسرق ايميلك

او ضيعت كلمه السر تقدر تعيدها من هنا

المهم المربع الاول تكتب جواب السؤال ((لازم تكون حافظه من قبل ))

ثم تكتب الباسوورد اللي تبيها ثم تكتب الباسوورد مره ثانيه

وتضغط على continue وش عاد وش يقولك يايغيرها لك يايرفض

تقوم بإرسال رسالة إلى شركة الهوتميل وهو

وتكتب عنوان الرسالة:

وتملأ هذا النموذج

first name : أسمك الأول
- last name : أسمك الأخير
- Sign-in name : ايميلك المسروق
- Country/region : الدولة
- State : المدينه
- Zip or postal code : رقم الكود(رقم كود السعودية)
- Approximate date of last successful sign-in or
approximate date of account registration : تاريخ آخر يوم فتحت إيميلك
- The name of your ISP :

تنبيه ....... بعد استرجاع ايميلك عليك بالخطوات التاليه :
1 - تغيير السؤال السرى والدوله المسجل بها .
2 - تغيير كلمة السر كما وضحت سابقا وحفظ التغييرات فى مفكره خارجية حتى لا يسرق مرة أخرى.
3 - إنشاء مجلدين جديدين في الحساب وتسميتهم باسماء تحفظونها .
فذكر اسم هذان المجلدان يساعد في عملية استعادة البريد المسروق
كما أن الهكرز لا ينتبه للمجلدات بل يركز على السؤال السري والمعلومات الشخصية في الغالب
